Have you heard the slogan "Leaves: Love 'Em and Leave 'Em"? It's a Westchester County initiative to reduce yard waste? It’s simple: After leaves fall off the trees, all you have to do use a mower or a shredder to mulch them in place. No more backaches—and raking, blowing, and bagging leaves will become distant memories!
